The staff is AMAZING! ! Friendly and super helpful, they offered great assistance with our luggage even after check-out. The location is unbeatable, a short walk to Bellas Artes and Zocalo.

i really thought i’d enjoy my stay at the Apartamentos Hotel Avilla, but the noise from nearby clubs was unbearable, and my room was unserviced more than once. i almost gave a good review, but i definitely expected some kind of complimentary gift for my troubles, which never happened. woeful management, no thanks.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel with our two teenagers! The convenience of having a small kitchen really made our trip special. We loved being able to grab local ingredients from the market and whip up our own meals.
